Changes galore...

Alan Loughnane

Joe Schmidt has made no less than 13 personnel changes to the Irish team that defeated South Africa last weekend in the opening game of the Guinness series.

As expected, Schmidt has rested a number of his front liners and given a chance to some of the extended squad in the game against the number 15 ranked team in the world.

Ian Madigan and Eoin Reddan make up a new half-back partnership, with Ulster’s Craig Gilroy getting the nod on the wing alongside Simon Zebo and Felix Jones.

Up front, Mike Ross is the sole survivor for the pack that provided the foundation for last weekend’s win, he’s joined in the front row by Dave Kilcoyne and Richardt Strauss.

Ireland team to play Georgia on Sunday at 2:30pm is in full below:

Felix Jones, Craig Gilroy, Darren Cave, Gordon D’Arcy, Simon Zebo, Ian Madigan, Eoin Reddan; Dave Kilcoyne, Richardt Strauss, Mike Ross, Dave Foley, Mike McCarthy, Dominic Ryan, Tommy O’Donnell, Robbie Diack.
