It is no secret that RTE pundit Joe Brolly is no fan of Sky nabbing some GAA rights. But his latest anti-Sky tweet was met with a brilliant response.

Ever since the GAA announced that they had sold a package of games to Sky, the most vocal opponent of the deal has been RTE’s highest profile pundit, Joe Brolly. In fairness to the Derry man, he is not alone in disliking the deal, but he is certainly the best known, and the most consistent.

Tonight he had another pop at Sky, with a virtually undisguised dig at new anchor Rachel Wyse.

However, Brolly was put in his place by this brilliant response from Ciaran Watters, which was pointed out to us by Barry O’Sullivan.
