Liverpool have released the 30-man squad for their pre-season tour of Thailand, Australia and Malaysia and Raheem Sterling is included.
The 20-year-old winger missed two days’ training earlier in the week amid rumours of a move to Manchester City, and was reportedly reluctant to head to the Far East with his team-mates this weekend.
However, Liverpool have released the 30-man panel and Sterling’s name is on the list, along with new signings Danny Ings, James Milner, Adam Bogdan, Joe Gomez and Nathaniel Clyne.
Roberto Firmino and Philippe Coutinho will not travel as they recover from the recent Copa America, while Mario Balotelli and Fabio Borini have both been omitted.
