The Premier League race is almost over and this Sunday’s match between Liverpool and Chelsea could prove to be the decider.

Liverpool are on the cusp of their first league title win since 1990. Leading the table by five points and with only three games to go, it is all but their’s to lose. Chelsea simply must win if they are to have any chance of overtaking the Merseysiders.

Much has been made of Mourinho fielding a weakened team on Sunday due to their Champions League  semi-final second leg against Atletico Madrid, but is this just another mind game stunt from the Special One?

Club Atletico de Madrid v Chelsea - UEFA Champions League Semi Final

Liverpool are on an incredible eleven game winning streak and are favourites to make it twelve at 4/6 with the draw coming in at 11/4. If you fancy Chelsea to win at Anfield, they are there at a very attractive 4/1.

Luis Suarez of course leads the first goalscorer market at 7/2 whereas their penalty man and captain, Steven Gerrard (pic below) looks enticing at 8/1. Samuel Eto’o leads the Chelsea side of the market at 8/1 and if you want to take a punt on Branislav Ivanovic, you can get him at a whopping 25/1

West Ham United v Liverpool - Premier League

The half-time, full-time prediction market is hugely popular too and Liverpool have been quick out of the blocks all season. Chances are that if there is a team leading at half-time on Sunday, it’s probably going to be Liverpool. So for Liverpool to lead half-time and win at full-time, they are available at 11/8, however if you think Chelsea could hit back and pull level by full-time, the odds there are 16/1. If you’re thinking Liverpool are due a defeat, for them to lead at half-time and for Chelsea to lead at full-time, the odds available are 33/1
