Keith has the bragging rights over Cats defender Brian in the Hogan household today.
Having come up trumps against his brother Brian in Saturday’s Kilkenny SHC quarter-final clash between Clara and O’Loughlin Gaels, which Clara won by 2-14 to 2-12, you could have excused Keith Hogan a bit of triumphalism.
Clara star Keith hit 0-8 to ensure his side grabbed a semi-final spot at the expense of his brother’s team.
However, after the game Keith wore the helmet of the good winner by revealing how he had been marking his ‘hero,’ a player with multi-All Ireland titles with Brian Cody’s men.
