With all the hype attached to Sky’s GAA coverage this summer, it wouldn’t be stretching it to say that quite a lot of people have been waiting for the broadcaster to make their first big mistake.
Most people assumed that it would come during coverage of the first game on the channel – Kilkenny v Offaly this weekend – but it came a little earlier than that, this afternoon to be precise.

…but in the general scheme of things it’s a minor enough mistake and not a sign of things to come… at least we hope it’s not.
