As if wasn’t already a laughing stock, FIFA has been the subject of even more ridicule this week after a report that claimed to clear the association of any wrongdoing in regard to the bidding processes behind the 2018 and 2022 World Cups was subsequently questioned by the man on whose findings the initial report was based. Seriously, you couldn't make this sh*t up.
