England now know Tubberclair’s pain
Robbie Henshaw must feel like a mix of Jesus and Chuck Norris after his scintillating Man of the Match performance in Ireland’s 19-9 win against England.
Ireland’s centre couldn’t have chosen a better game to score his first international try, as his fantastic take from Conor Murray’s kick left Alex Goode for dead and England’s Grand Slam hopes in tatters.
In the post-match press conference, the heir to BOD’s throne mentioned that his GAA skills helped him score the try by saying, “I thought I had a good chance to just use my Gaelic football skills in the air and claim the ball and just got it down in the end.”
Here’s the proof that Henshaw is a man of his word.
It seems that he’s just as good at taking an O’Neill’s ball out of the sky as he is the egg-shaped one.
