Allegiances with The Special One.
Chelsea begin life without Jose Mourinho – for the second time – this afternoon against Sunderland and they’ve made an impressive start with two quick-fire goals at Stamford Bridge. Unlike his departure from Real Madrid, Mourinho is still beloved by large sections of the Chelsea fans because they’ll never forget the fact that he guided them to 3 Premier League titles in his two spells at the club.
This being said, football is all about winning and ‘The Special One’ got the axe this week following the Blues’ spectacular fall from grace this season which has seen them lose 9 times in the league already.
The champions are currently 18 points behind league leaders Leicester as Chelsea’s players have struggled to match their form of previous seasons.
It’s clear who these Chelsea supporters are backing as seen by these banners and the booing of some players prior to kick-off.
