Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin… Not known to the world as strongholds of hurling.
Nevertheless, the German team has attended this week’s GAA World Games in Belfield, Dublin and they’re keeping their heads held high.
One German hurler was spotted with a fantastic t-shirt pretty much summing up the attitude of he and his teammates, as well as succinctly summarising just how well Germany aren’t doing.
The t-shirt also includes a warm invitation to buy the lads a beer. Where can we get one?
