Don’t look at this if you’re squeamish…
French attacking midfielder Jeremy Menez recently completed a transfer from AC Milan to Bordeaux in Ligue 1.
He was making his debut this evening for Bordeaux in their pre-season clash with Lorient when he suffered this horrific looking injury.
The 29-year-old lasted just 15 minutes before a challenge from Lorient’s Didier Ndong left him him with his ear hanging off, with Menez now likely needing surgery to repair the damage.
