PICS: Manchester United blasted by Valdes’ wife over charity bash snub as players and partners are out in force

One very notable omission

One very notable omission.

As you may know, UNICEF is just one of the many charities and campaigns that Manchester United lend their support to but it seems that Louis Van Gaal isn’t in the charitable mood when it comes to dealing with ‘keeper Victor Valdes.

The former Barcelona hero has been frozen out at Old Trafford since allegedly refusing to play tor the U-21’s and the relationship between the pair seems non-existent.

The latest moment of tension between the pair occurred last night when Valdes wasn’t even invited to the club’s United4UNICEF charity dinner.

Valdes’s wife Yolanda Cardona took to Instagram to express her opinions regarding  this snub.

Yolanda

The post translates as: “Do not invite to my husband @vicvaldes1 to be part of the #united4unicef , its the last thing you don’t expect from one of the biggest club as @manchesterunited ‘A Charity event, its always a Charity event’”

As you can see in the above photo, plenty of Man Utd’s players were out with their partners and here are just some of the images.
