The stunning athletic feats that we’ve all witnessed in Rio might leave mere mortals like us feeling slightly dejected about our own athletic accomplishments but fear not, Olympians are just like us because when they decide to pig out, they really pig out!
Australian badminton star Sawan Serasinghe lost on Saturday, ending his Rio campaign. Rather than sulk, sob or curse his luck, Serasinghe took the defeat in the best way possible by promising to immediately “start training and keep on improving”.
Before he hits the gym though, there’s one important order of business that he needed to take care of, devouring a mountain of junkfood that would even make Homer Simpson jealous.
He’s lovin’ it.
