Rob Heffernan has become a household name this week after his gold medal in Moscow, and he has returned home today to a hero's welcome

Ireland's newest gold-medalist arrived back to Dublin airport today from Moscow and was greeted by a crowd of well wishers and supporters who all wanted to welcome the triumphant Cork man back to home soil. Amongst the crowd was obviously his family, most notably his children Meghan and Cathal, who were only too happy to see their Dad back home, with a shiny new bit of neck wear too.
