Raheem Sterling's letter to Liverpool fans is not all that it seems

These lads are relentless.

It seems to be a thing these days when a player leaves a club, he feels obliged to pen an open letter to the fans of the club he is leaving.

Raheem Sterling's move to Manchester City from Liverpool put an end to one of the big transfer sagas of the summer. Liverpool fans are happy they received £49m and got rid of someone who clearly didn't want to be at the club.

Cue Paddy Power and their powers of messing. Here, they have ghost-written Sterling's departure letter to the Liverpool fans and of course, it's all about taking the piss.
