It finished Leinster 23-34 Munster as Matt O’Connor’s side failed to turn the tables late on.
Tries from James Cronin, Robin Copeland and Ian Keatley saw Munster storm into a 28-9 lead over their biggest rivals by half-time, but indiscipline from the visitors saw Leinster come back into it late on.
Darragh Fanning and a penalty try saw Leinster at least put up a fight to Munster in the closing stages, but ultimately Foley’s men were too strong and had done all the hard work in a devastating first half performance.
Anthony Foley’s men rise to fourth in the standings, with Leinster down in sixth.
Now that’s rugby to put a smile on the face. Delighted #munster proved us worriers wrong.

I dunno, I just sleep better at night knowing Peter O’ Mahony is there, looking over us all somehow. #Munster

To score 6 points and concede 4 yellows in the 2nd half and still win by 11 is some showing by @Munsterrugby
