Brian O’Driscoll and Borussia Mönchengladbach have been in touch.
You can forget all about your Kim Kardashian’s and blue dresses, there’s only one thing that deserves to break the internet and it’s Paul O’Connell’s incredible answer on A Question of Sport.
With just two out of the 23 spaces filled, the Munster and Ireland icon managed to correctly guess Borussia Mönchengladbach, much to the delight of the audience and his teammates.
To be honest, every single second of this clip is absolute gold.
We love the way that he sheepishly says ‘no’ after giving the answer, Sue Barker’s stunned reaction, the standing ovation from the crowd, and finally, Matt Dawson’s perfect anecdote that “you now know what I was up against when I played against Paul O’Connell. Not only did he get one of the greatest answers of all time on A Question of Sport, he complained about how many points it was worth”.
As always, we tip our cap to you Paulie, but we’re not the only ones.

After watching Paulie on Question of Sport, I'm convinced there's nothing he can't boss. He'd win #GBBO with a ham sandwich.
