The former UFC and WWE star is now watching Fiddy’s back for a living. And he appears to love it.

If you were to draw up a list of fellas not to mess with, Ken Shamrock would be pretty near the top. A true legend of MMA from the earliest days of UFC and other promotions, he also dabbled in wrestling, appearing in the WWF in the late 1990s before going on to appear in TNA as well.

His biggest claims to fame would be winning the first ever UFC Superfight title at UFC 6 and he would go on to have massive fights with the likes of Tito Ortiz before becoming one of the first people to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame in 2003.

Also a fearsome trainer (he set up the Lion’s Den team), Shamrock’s last fight was in 2010 and now, aged 49 (he turns 50 next month) he has embarked on a new career.

At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas yesterday, Shamrock was spotted, prompting questions as to what he was doing there. It soon emerged that that he was working as a bodyguard for rapper 50 Cent, a story confirmed by TMZ.

Here he is on duty…

And the man himself confirmed it on Twitter too…

We reckon nobody is messing with 50 Cent if Ken is around. He might be almost 50, but he could still do you an awful lot of damage if he felt like it.
