Video: A retro hurling punch-up from the 1989 Wexford senior hurling final

Buffers Alley and Oulart-The Ballagh faced each other in the  1989 Wexford Senior Hurling Final, and some rare footage of the match has emerged.

Ed Rowsome was searching through his archives when he found one of the great schmozzles in the history of the GAA.

Tom Dempsey, Dickie Murphy and Tommy Kirwan are all involved at various stages.

The first version of it is described by the wonderful commentary of Martin Fitzhenry.

The second version sees the action unfold to the Rocky tune.
