We all know by now that Conor McGregor is a trash-talking machine and, in his youth, it’s rumoured that he was inducted into the hall of fame at the Trash Talking World Championships, such was his skill with words.
But even we didn’t realise that he had so many memorable one-liners and insults at his disposal until we had a watch of this compilation of his greatest quotes.
To be honest, at times, we expected him to break into Cassius Clay’s famous speech; “Only last week I murdered a rock, injured a stone, hospitalised a brick! I’m so bad I make medicine sick!”
Many fights are won psychologically before any punches are thrown and McGregor seems to be able to worm his way into opponent’s thoughts and defeat them mentally. Dustin Poirier looked a beaten man before their fight in Vegas and a subsequent first round KO followed.
