Klose equalled the Brazilian Ronaldo’s record of 15 World Cup goals on Saturday against Ghana.
Miroslav Klose may never be mentioned in the same breath as Ronaldo, the Brazilian who is commonly regarded as one of the deadliest strikers ever to play the game.
However, there’s no doubting the 36-year-old’s goalscoring prowess for Germany and his strike in the 2-2 draw with Ghana on Saturday was his 15th in World Cup finals, equalling the record of the former Barcelona, Inter Milan and Real Madrid striker.
