Live TV always has the slight risk that something may go wrong and you'll end up red-faced, although most of the time, you should be safe enough. BBC presenter Chris Mitchell was reporting over the weekend when he received a rather unceremonious belt of a football on the back of his head. We'd have certainly forgiven him for releasing some expletive words from his mouth considering it caught him completely unawares.
