We know you’re a big Arsenal fan Charlie, but surely there was no need for such profanity live on air?
Nicholas was providing updates on Arsenal’s vital win over Borussia Dortmund in Germany last night and got just a little carried away when that man Aaron Ramsey converted the Gunners’ first shot on target for the goal that ended up being the difference between the sides.
In fairness to Nicholas, you can barely hear it but it does appear as if he said the f-word and while he or nobody else on air paid any heed, it wasn’t lost on some of those tuning into Sky Sports News last night.
Charlie shouldn’t be quaking in his boots or anything because it was the tiniest slip of the tongue and not a big deal and besides, it’s not the worst thing that somebody has said on Sky Sports News, isn’t that right Tony?
