Lennon has made an impressive start to life at the Macron Stadium and it's clear that the current Republic of Ireland manager has been an important factor in his career so far. The sheer levels of respect and admiration that he has for his former boss Martin O'Neill shines through in this interview while his views on the build-up and post-match environment of the Old Firm meetings is very interesting.
