Ronnie O’Sullivan and Judd Trump are locked at 4-4 in the semi-final of the World Championship battle and all eyes are on what promises to be an epic battle. Well today the eyes were fixed off the baize for a split second.

Michaela Tabb is a familiar face at this stage and became the first woman to referee at a professional ranking snooker tournament just 11 years ago and adds an element of glamour to the game.

The cameraman today obviously was more captivated by the referee than the action between The Rocket and the player ranked third in the world.

We doubt the viewers minded too much and no-one can accuse him of not keeping Tabbs on the important action in the snooker theatre.
