Skiing down a hill at speed is probably one of the scariest experiences a human being can go through.
That’s especially the case if you didn’t bother listening to your instructor because you thought you’d be grand. Ah, the bruise-covered winter of ’09 will never be forgotten.
Skiing can be one of the most spectacular sports in the world when it’s done right and Stuart Fricke and his buddies in California are up there with the best.
Stuart captured GoPro footage of them downhill skiing and doing tricks on recent trips to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows.
It’s fast, furious and scary but it makes us want to go skiing right now. Enjoy.
