Video: Irish kickboxer lands stunning 360 kick to opponent's head

Gary McDonnell's Scottish opponent somehow got up from this.

Last Saturday, Ireland took on Scotland in a kickboxing international. Scotland's Kevin Lobann stepped in with our own Gary McDonnell and the man who trains with the Wolfpack Kickboxing Club in Athlone landed a superb 360 kick to Lobann's head right at the start of a round.

Somehow, Lobann recovered to get up from this blow, but McDonnell went on to win the fight on a decision, and take the Celtic Nations championship to boot.

We also want a pair of those tricolour pants really badly.
