That familiar feeling for ‘Pool fans
It seems that the pressure is mounting on Brendan Rodgers after another disappointing result for Liverpool over the weekend following their 1-1 draw with Norwich at Anfield.
As we all know, Rodgers was under intense scrutiny before a ball was even kicked this season due to Liverpool’s poor form last year and the Reds haven’t made the best of starts to the new campaign, granted they have had a tough series of fixtures away from home.
The ‘Pool are currently lying in 13th position, 8 points behind leaders Manchester City, and I’d wager that the names of Jurgen Klopp and Carlo Ancelotti have been uttered by a fair amount of people on Merseyside.
Despite the board backing Rodgers in the transfer market over the summer, Neville and Carragher remain unconvinced of his long term future at the club.
