Thanks to two GoPro cameras mounted to the bike of a rider in the Tour de Suisse, we can finally see just how hectic a sprint finish can really be.

If you’ve ever watched the Tour de France, or any cycling race for that matter, you’ll know just how close the riders can get to each other when riding side-by-side in the peloton.

Now we can finally see exactly what goes on in the heart of the pack thanks to this video from inCycle. The video follows the sprint riders as they lock horns at the end of stage 5 of the Tour de Suisse, which was won by Ireland’s Sean Kelly back in 1983 & 1990 – in case you didn’t already know.

It really is intense…
