Manchester United put up a decent fight in defeat to reigning European Champions Bayern Munich last night, but despite a gutsy performance, there are few fans under any illusions about the need for significant change at Old Trafford if they are going to return to their former glory.
Following the game last night, John Giles, Eamon Dunphy, Liam Brady and Bill O’Herlihy discussed the current situation at the club, gave their opinions about David Moyes’ future and also talked about the major overhaul of the squad that is likely to take place in the summer.
As is always the case with the Holy Trinity on RTE, you might not necessarily agree with what they say but it made for an interesting and entertaining discussion and provides even more food for thought for Manchester United fans wondering what’s going to happen next.
