The talented super-featherweight is in confident mood going into his match up following his win over Declan Geraghty last month and this is reflected in his training video.
We won’t lie and say that Jono Carroll is a well-known name for us, but we have heard whispers of promise and he has been tipped from great things.
It’s great to see young Irish boxers getting there name out there and Carroll, who is a member of the Celtic Warrior Gym in Dublin, is in great spirits heading into the weekend.
JOE had a bit of a career as a boxer back in the day but we decided we didn’t like being punched in the head that much and we left it to the people tougher than us.*
*When we say career as a boxer, we fought with our brother as a child, he slapped us silly and we went crying to mammy.
