The tension over-flowed a little bit as the players walked off the pitch…

The first half between Brazil and Chile has been one of the most entertaining 45 minutes of the tournament, it’s been 100 miles per hour from the off and the atmosphere is just incredible.

The tension in the terrace is seeping on to the pitch and there’s been a few tasty tackle flying in. We do not envy referee Howard Webb’s job but he’s actually done quite well.

The tension spilled over a little as the players were walking off the pitch at half-time, Brazil striker Fred decided to clip Chile defender Gary Medel around the ear. He made contact (the first thing he hit properly all game) and Medel, who is a bit of a hard man, wasn’t too happy as you can see here…
