Vine: Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao enjoy a friendly exchange at a Miami Heat game
“You know that fight that everyone’s been talking about? We should probably do that.”
Considering the amount of times both of their names have appeared in the same sentence, it might come as a surprise to learn that Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao met in person for the first time last night.
Given that speculation of a long-awaited bout between them has resurrected recently, we wouldn’t be surprised if their meeting at the Miami Heat v Milwaukee Bucks NBA game last night wasn’t entirely down to chance.
Both boxers had courtside seats at opposite sides of the court from one another but they came together at half-time for a bit of a chinwag.
No doubt the ridiculous amounts of money both would stand to make if and when their fight goes ahead came up in the discussion.
The seemingly friendly exchange was captured on ESPN last night and commenting afterwards, Pacquiao told reporters, "He gave his number to me and said we will communicate with each other".
Hmmm. Not exactly fightin’ talk now is it?
Enough with the flirting lads, why not go ahead and sort out a match-up that, in all honesty, probably should have taken place years ago.
