That’s one way of stopping Seamus Callanan.

For the second year running, Galway and Tipperary lock horns in the All-Ireland Hurling semi-finals with the winner going on to play Kilkenny in the showpiece final. The Tribesmen got the upper hand last year but there’s no doubting that their defenders will be keeping a close eye on Tipp forward Seamus Callanan.

Last year, Callanan scored three 3-9 at Croke Park against Galway but still ended up on the losing side in that epic encounter.

Fans of the Premier County will be hoping that Callanan can replicate that magnificent haul this afternoon but these Galway supporters think that Daithi Burke has devised a special way of dealing with the Drom & Inch man.

This is class.
