Fifa 19 player ratings

Not long to go until the game is out, and the first batch of player ratings are here.

People tend to buy FIFA no matter what.

The game itself doesn’t tend to change too much from year to year, but it’s the new transfers that we all obsess over.

Fans will wait all summer to play as their favourite team after a big signing.

For this reason, people are often really interested in the player ratings.

The game itself won’t be released until 28 September, but you won’t have to wait until then to see what FIFA have given your favourite players.

FIFA are releasing the ratings of the top 100 players in the game, starting with 100-81.

Have a look below to see who they are.

100 – Kostas Manolas – 85

We feel he’s a little lucky to be here…

99 – Riyad Mahrez – 85

A class addition to City’s side, even if he is coming off the bench.

98 – Zlatan Ibrahimovic – 85

We don’t imagine many of you will be playing as LA Galaxy, but you’ve got your superstar if you are.

97 – Raheem Sterling – 85

Amazing player. Obviously the tabloids didn’t choose his rating…

96 – Blaise Matuidi – 85

A tireless worker, and someone you’ll play with if you want play as Ronaldo’s Juventus.

95 – Marco Asensio – 85

Shoot from distance. His left foot is a wand.

94 – Sergej Milinkovic-Savic – 85

The football hipster’s dream.

93 – Joshua Kimmich – 85

An integral part of an incredible Bayern team.

92 – Edin Dzeko – 85

One of the most underrated strikers of the past 10 years. He’ll win headers for you all day.

91 – Koke – 85

The heart and soul of an incredible Atletico team that could be very fun to play as.

90 – Marco Reus – 85

His career has been blighted by injuries, but he’s still deadly.

89 – Filipe Luis – 85

Another important part of that brilliant Atletico team.

88 – Vincent Kompany – 85

He must still be being rated based on his performances from four years ago. Still a commanding presence at the back all the same.

87 – Arjen Robben – 85

Cut in on the left foot, shoot, score.

86 – Alisson – 85

Just make sure you don’t overplay it at the back…

85 – David Alaba – 85

You could probably play him up front and he’d do a job for you. Class player.

84 – Fabinho – 85

Has done nothing at Liverpool so far, but is undeniably a bit of a midfield general.

83 – Arturo Vidal – 85

Messi fans will see a lot of this man following his recent move to Barca. He has some engine on him.

82 – Virgil Van Dijk – 85

Quite a harsh rating on someone who may be one of the best defenders in the world. But if you’re playing as Liverpool, you know you’ll be a threat from corners.

81 – Diego Costa – 85

A bully. Himself and Griezmann up top is a dream.

And there you have it. If you weren’t already excited enough about the deadly new modes, then this should have you counting down the days.
