We’ll be glued to our computers on Thursday for the latest glimpse of Los Santos, and Rockstar have confirmed we’ll be getting some DLC, but it will be region locked

With every passing week, we’re getting more and more excited about what could well be the greatest game we’ve ever played, Grand Theft Auto V. Information is coming out in dribs and drabs, but there is a bit of good news coming down the line this week.

We can expect to get a glimpse of the online mode on Thrusday, and from the few seconds they showed us in the last trailer, it looks like a mix of carnage and chaos that will have us hooked.

Rockstar have also confirmed that there will be DLC for the game, which could mean more missions like the previous Ballad of Gay Tony or the Lost and the Damned episodes from GTA IV, which would make this game last even longer and take over our lives for a few extra months.

They confirmed that while you can buy any disc from any region seeing as it won’t be region locked, your PSN account will be based on the region you’re in, “that will not be able to redeem a US pre-order code, and will only be able to download Region 2 (European) DLC, incompatible with non-European discs”, according to what the lads at Digital Spy dug up.
