For those of you out there who couldn’t even be bothered to send a text to break it off, they have an app that takes care of it instead
If you’re too lazy to send your on-again off-again girlfriend (or boyfriend, this has both options) of the last thousand years a text when you want to break things off, then they’ve finally developed an app that can take care of that for you.
Breakup Text, the new app for iOS (we imagine it will make its way to Android soon enough) lets you send that fateful text without having to do any of the hard work like using your words or human emotions.
Thankfully, you can even choose to have the oldest excuse in the book, “I was eaten by a bear” in there in case you need it, which is a great option too. They used to say that breaking up over text was the most cruel way to do it, but we think this app might have just stolen that title away.
