With the European Championships fast approaching this summer, participating managers will be keeping a close eye on players to represent their country.

This is no different for Republic of Ireland manager, Martin O’Neill, who will be hoping to lead the Boys in Green to a much better campaign than Euro 2012, where they lost all of their group games, scoring just one goal during those three defeats.

For this to happen, Martin will need to pick a strong team to compete with some of the best footballing countries in the world.
