It looks like iPhone users needn't fear about breaking their screen anymore...

Anyone who owns a smartphone will have had numerous mini heart attacks because when you drop them (clumsy JOE over here), there's a really good chance that the screen will break but that looks like a thing of the past.

YouTube user Marques Brownlee is claiming he got a hold of the brand new sapphire crystal display screen, which will be used on the new iPhone 6, and he he decided to test its durability with a big knife, as you do.

Marques really goes to town on the screen using a knife, keys as well as trying to bend it under his foot. Check it out...

Apple haven't confirmed that this is the screen they'll use but Brownlee says "This isn't a mockup, this is an actual, straight-off-the-assembly-line iPhone 6 part from Apple" and we hope he's telling the truth.

Hat-tip to Mashable.
