Subtle procrastination made easier.

WhatsApp is the number one way to contact your friends and family these days. Remember txt msgs? Yeah, they’re a thing of the past.

A WhatsApp group is where people get most of their lols but it’s hard to keep up with the craic when you have to bring home the bacon.

You’re at work and your phone is vibrating across the desk but you need to keep your job and look busy so you can’t get involved. So annoying.

However, new reports suggest you might be able to stay connected with your buddies and look like you’re working at the same time because WhatsApp on computers is on the way.

Android World have suggested that WhatsApp might be secretly working on a web version of the app.

The hint was made in the recent update for the app when the term ‘WhatsApp Web’ was mentioned in its code.

The app’s code also mentions references to logging in/out of computers as well as keeping an eye out for user statuses online.

We reckon it might be a game changer in terms of communication and productivity.
