The Front Pages
Here’s how a couple of the main headlines read on the front pages of the broadsheets today:
‘Irish among happiest in Europe, survey finds’ – the Irish Times.
‘Trapped by emotion of it all’ – the Irish Independent.

Meanwhile, last night the Republic of Ireland held Slovakia to a 1-1 daw in Zilina. Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni (above) looked animated after Robbie Keane had his penalty saved just before half-time, which would have put Ireland back in front.
