After an eight month absence through injury, West Ham striker Andy Carroll returned to the Hammer’s squad for his side’s 2-0 win away to Cardiff City.
The successful return of any player to first-team football following a, ahem, lengthy spell on the sidelines is always cause for celebration, but it’s safe to say that, judging from the evidence below, Carroll was slightly more excited than most.
The striker who, in Soccer AM terms, may or may not be the longest in the West Ham shower, even took to Twitter with a suitably LADZ LADZ LADZ BANTER-inspired hashtag to spread the news of his clear-for-all-to-see joy.
