Norwegian doctor Sverre Litleskare will have been wincing tonight as Arsenal dropped two valuable points in their quest for Champions League football next season, but that won’t compare to the agony he suffered during the Gunners defeat to Spurs in March.

When Aaron Lennon made it two nil on the day, Litleskare quickly raised his arms in disgust, but in doing so dislocated his shoulder.

“I was screaming on the floor,” he told Norwegian media.

“I shouted that I was nauseous, had to vomit and that his shoulder was dislocated. While he got a bucket, I pulled the shoulder in place,” he added.

While his claim was initially rejected by the insurance company, he successfully argued that it was “not a deliberate act”.

We know that supporting Arsenal in recent seasons has been trying, but we never knew it could take such a toll physically.
