JOE

Naas mayor Darren Scully has decided that he is no longer going to represent the black Africans in the Kildare town, citing their rudeness.

In an interview with KFM, the Fine Gael councillor says he is fed up with the aggressive attitude he has encountered and he will pass on any future requests for assistance he recieves from the black African commnuity to colleagues.

However, his party are distancing themselves from Scully and a Labour TD, Aodhan O’Riordain, has threatened to report him to the Garda Siochana under anti-racism legislation.

It all sounds like Scully won’t be head honcho in Naas for much longer but you can hear the interview for yourself below, courtesy of KFM.
