The Simpsons had a dark beer called Duff. Game of Thrones had a blonde ale called Iron Throne. And now Breaking Bad is getting its very own brand of beer to tie in with the much-anticipated final episodes of the amazing television series.
According to uproxx, Marble Brewery, the aptly based Albuquerque (Al-beer-querque?) company behind the novelty launch have created an India Black Ale that will actually feature in some of the upcoming episodes.
Here at JOE we’re hoping that this new tipple is brewed in the back of an RV and comes in distinctive looking blue bottles but, as far as we know though, it’s not Crystal Meth flavour. Because we’re pretty sure that wouldn’t be allowed.
And the name of this fine beverage?
Heisenberg Dark.
It’s perfect. Although we would have have suggested Malt-er White too…
We wonder what poor Hank and his own home-made brand of Schraderbrau makes of all this fuss though?
