New Leeds United boss Brian McDermott will hope to have his players all singing from the same hymn sheet, but they could do worse than listen to the new gaffer.

Just 32 days after his sacking at Reading, McDermott has been charged with the task of steering the Yorkshire club away from the relegation zone in the Championship and while he will hope to hit all the right notes at Elland Road, away from the pitch that seems to be no problem for the 52 year-old.
Closely linked with the Ireland post in recent weeks, this video shows the boss is more than comfortable in the musical field also, banging out Bob Dylan’s classic ‘knocking on Heaven’s Door’.
