This is your last chance to buy tickets ahead of the Dublin Hardware Hackathon. So if you’re a techy inventor on the rise you better get clicking!

The Dublin Hardware Hackathon is this weekend’s no.1 destination for all makers, entrepreneurs, designers, engineers, creators, innovators and developers.

People from across the globe will be in attendance for a weekend dedicated to developing ideas and hacking hardware in conjunction with PCH, DCU Innovation Campus and The Web Summit in association with AIB.

The Hackathon has also just announced an expansion of the programming that, according to the Web Summit blog, ‘will now include a fantastic product design panel discussion with Paul Cocksedge, co-founder of the Paul Cocksedge Studio; Yonatan Raz-Fridman, Co-Founder and CEO of Kano; Liam Casey, founder and CEO of PCH; and Aisling Hassell, Head of Consumer Experience at Airbnb’.

From the Web Summit blog: “The panel, which takes place Monday night at 6:30 pm, will cover why design is crucial to the success of new hardware and software products, how design and UI can and should be incorporated into product development from day one, how designers and engineers can learn from each other, and how Ireland’s Startup community can continue to grow and thrive.”

It’s sure to be a cracking event for hardware entrepreneurs and it will be a great away to kick off the Web Summit, which starts next week from November 4.
