Restraining orders, angry talk show appearences - singer Chris Brown has been through it all. Whether or not his current sentence involves wearing the daftest outfits imaginable is unclear.

Has Chris Brown completely lost his mind? Last week the 'Yeah 3x' singer appeared on US TV favourite Good Morning America and when questioned about his 2009 attack on his ex Rihanna, Chris apparently threw a fit offstage, throwing a chair and smashing a window in his dressing room before leaving the studio topless.

An interesting way to promote your latest album, F.A.M.E (Forgiving All My Enemies, believe it or not), we're sure you'll agree.

So are we ready for the wrath Chris Brown might potentially inflict upon us following the publishing of this article? The man can throw a chair. Sure, why not says us - how menacing can any man be if they wear pastel sports jackets and nothing underneath?

This is NOT fashion, this is a cry for help

Hip hop fashion in a state of flux these days. While some artists, such as Wiz Khalifa or Kid Cudi, have perfected the humble hipster look, certain rappers are still relying on early 2000s trends such as sports apparel, oversized chains and baggy tees. Not Chris Brown though, as the singer's approach to fashion appears to involve piggybacking on every conceivable trend and hoping it works.

Earlier this week Chris made an appearence on BET's 106 & Park, the 'urban' daily chart show that considers any rap song over 18 months long worthy of becoming a 'Flashback Joint'. If any of you have ever been to the Bear Factory with your other half and adorned her prized teddy with a cute patchwork denim jacket, you'll doubtltessly recognise the thought process that Brown's stylist subscribes to. Sure, that jacket might look nice on an 8" teddy bear, but a fully grown human being?

Let's take a look at the singer's outfit, pictured above. Yes, denim jackets are back, as are chinos. However, hipster non-prescriptive glasses are getting a bit stale, while don't even get us started with Chris' bizarre one-man crusade to relaunch Sisqo hair. Plus, Chris' jacket is one of the most bizarre we've seen in quite some time, featuring a wooly white collar and an assortment of clashing denim.

An undoubtedly talented singer and dancer, Chris Brown has been through a lot in the past two years. Whether or not his stylist is secretly punishing the artist by producing the most outlandish garments known to man is unknown, though nothing surprises us.
