The Dubliner has been booked to fight at UFC 178…
Following Conor McGregor’s dismantling of Diego Brandao at UFC Fight Night Dublin over the weekend, the Dubliner’s next opponent has been confirmed this evening. The next man in McGregor’s sights is American fighter Dustin Poirier.

Poirier is a 25-year-old from Louisiana, whose fight record is 16 wins and three defeats and he recently beat Brandao by a first round KO so you’d imagine these two guys will be well matched.
But after what The Notorious produced the other night, he’s sure to be as confident as ever for the fight. UFC 178 takes place in Las Vegas on September 27 so start booking the flights lads, it’s going to be another cracker.
