There's nothing that makes us happier in the world of filmmaking than the indestructible power of stop-motion animation features. Here's the latest trailer for ParaNorman.
In the forthcoming comedy horror, a small town comes under siege by zombies. Who can it call? Only one misunderstood local boy Norman, who is able to speak with the dead.
In addition to the zombies, our titular hero will have to take on ghosts, witches and, worst of all, grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse. But this young ghoul whisperer may find his paranormal activities pushed to their otherworldly limits along the way.
Directed by Chris Butler and Sam Fell and with a voice talent that includes Kodi Smit-McPhee and Anna Kendrick, our latest look at the film recalls the gothic delights of Caroline. If it's anything as enjoyable as the aforementioned 2009 stop-motion modern classic, audiences around the world are in for a treat.
Enjoy the ParaNorman trailer above and be sure to mark your calenders for the film's Irish release date on September 14.
